Caring for Your HERO

Proper care keeps your collar fresh, odor-free, and performing at its best.

Quick Rinse (After Each Use)

  1. Fully open the zipper.

  2. Rinse the inside and outside with cool water to remove sweat, salt, and dirt.

  3. Hang to air dry completely.

  4. Avoid direct sunlight to protect the materials.

Deep Clean (If Rinses Were Missed)

  1. Fill a sink or tub with cool water.

  2. Add a few drops of mild dish soap (no harsh cleaners).

  3. Gently hand wash, avoid aggressive scrubbing.

  4. Rinse thoroughly until all soap is removed.

  5. Hang to air dry completely, away from direct sunlight.

Washing Machine or dryer?
We do not recommend putting your HERO in the washing machine or dryer. To protect the materials and zipper, the HERO should be hand washed and air dried.

A quick rinse after each use keeps your reusable cubes fresh and ready for your next adventure.

  1. Rinse with warm water and mild soap.

  2. Allow them to air dry completely.

  3. Return them to the freezer when dry.
